This isn’t the first time Selena has talked about her body changes. She mentioned her lupus diagnosis in 2015 and how the medication she takes has caused her to gain weight. In a TikTok video, she explained that the medication makes her retain water weight and encouraged others not to feel ashamed about their own struggles.
