At some point during the Fatal 4-Way match that headlined last week’s episode of Monday Night Raw, John Cena suffered an ankle injury. That’s the word from WWE, at least, who reported on as much today. What’s more, he apparently exacerbated said injury in training and now his status for Royal Rumble, where he was scheduled to wrestle in the men’s Royal Rumble match, is in question:
BREAKING: @JohnCena‘s status for this Sunday’s Men’s #RoyalRumble Match is in question following an injury he suffered last week on #RAW. More details: https://t.co/VECZsMMlxu pic.twitter.com/NlTSrXeesk

The explanation they give seems like it could be a work, and this is pro wrestling, but either way WWE is saying he could miss the show.
Setbacks are a large part of life. People often say “what a bad time to get hurt” or “I can’t believe this happened to me now” ask yourself, is there a good time to get hurt? Or be setback? Setbacks are just another chance to find triumph! Never give up!
